Full Face Gasket CHEMLON® 7504 - Genuine Teflon™ & Glass
Chemlon® 7504 is a premium glass filled Teflon™ gasket material designed to provide reliable sealing with enhanced conformability on non metallic and fragile flange surfaces. The glass filled construction improves dimensional stability while requiring lower bolt load to achieve an effective seal, making it well suited for applications where flange strength is limited. Chemlon® 7504 offers excellent chemical resistance in moderate acids and caustics, as well as compatibility with refrigerants and hydrocarbons. With a maximum operating temperature of 500°F and pressure capability up to 800 psi, this material is a dependable choice for a wide range of chemical processing and industrial sealing applications where consistent performance and ease of installation are required.
