Its advanced construction provides excellent chemical compatibility and superior load retention, even under severe thermal cycling, while meeting the requirements of the API 607 Fire Safe Gasket Test for added safety assurance. Designed for steam and superheated steam service up to 825°F as well as moderate chemical applications including ethanol, liquid petroleum, and petroleum derivatives, 9950 offers a wide operating range from minus 40°F to 650°F continuous with strong pressure capability up to 2150 psi maximum.
