Ring Gasket CHEMLON® 7510

Chemlon® 7510 is a premium gasket material manufactured from genuine Teflon™ filled with barium sulfate to provide superior resistance to creep and cold flow while maintaining excellent chemical performance. This formulation requires lower sealing stress than many other filled Teflon™ materials, making it ideal for applications where flange load is limited, while still delivering consistent and reliable sealing. Chemlon® 7510 offers outstanding resistance to strong caustics along with compatibility in moderate acids, chlorine, hydrocarbons, and cryogenic service. Its smooth, flat laying construction allows for easier cutting and handling, and it is FDA compliant for use in food and pharmaceutical applications. Commonly used in pulp and paper, food processing, pharmaceutical, chemical processing, brewing, and distilling industries, Chemlon® 7510 provides dependable performance across a wide temperature range from minus 450°F to plus 500°F with pressure capability up to 1200 psi.
