Ring Gasket THERMAPAC® 9100

ThermaPac® 9100 is a high performance carbon fiber and nitrile binder ring gasket designed for demanding high temperature, steam, and chemical service. Its flexible construction is easier to cut and handle than typical carbon based sheets while maintaining excellent sealing performance under pressure and thermal cycling, helping reduce maintenance through superior torque retention. ThermaPac® 9100 is well suited for general service applications across chemical processing, pulp and paper, petroleum, power generation, and other high temperature industrial environments. It performs reliably in saturated steam up to 150 lbs, as well as water, oils, gasoline, aliphatic hydrocarbons, and most refrigerants, with a maximum pressure rating of 1885 psi and continuous temperature capability up to 650°F.
